Adhered System Perimeter Restraint
The IKOfix Peelstop bar is used to secure the Armourplan or Spectraplan membrane at the perimeter of an adhered IKO polymeric roofing system. The Peelstop bar should be installed at the roof perimeter and at the base of upstands / penetrations using suitable IKOfix fasteners in accordance with IKO Polymeric technical guidelines.
Mechanically Fixed System Perimeter Restraint
The IKOfix Toothed Flatbar is used to secure the Armourplan or Spectraplan membrane at the perimeter of a mechanically fixed or ballasted IKO polymeric roofing system. The Toothed Flatbar bar should be installed at the roof perimeter, at the base of upstands and penetrations, and at all changes in direction using suitable IKOfix fasteners in accordance with IKO Polymeric technical guidelines.
Upstand Termination Restraint
The IKOfix Aluminium Clamping Strip is used to secure the Armourplan or Spectraplan membrane at the top of an adhered upstand. The Aluminium Clamping strip is designed to clamp the membrane into also allowing for a bead of sealant to be applied to the upper edge to maintain a watertight termination against the substrate.
